Q. How do I reserve my accommodation ?
You can contact us by phone or e-mail - we will usually get back to you within 24 hrs to confirm your dates.
Alternatively you can use our booking app and the apartment will be reserved for you immediately.

Q. How do I pay for my accommodation ?
Our prefered method of payment is by Bank Transfer.
A deposit of 50% of the rental cost is required - and that's it, you're booked.
The balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

If you book less than eight weeks prior to your arrival date you will be required to pay the full balance.

Q. Is my payment safe ?
Absolutely - if you want to talk to previous clients we will happily let you have some references.
If you want to be doubly sure, for convenience, you can pay using your credit or debit card via Paypal.
We will have to pass on the convenience charge though which is approximately 2%.

Q. Where do I collect the keys ?
The keys will be given to your personally by Mike and Bev on arrival.
You will be met outside Reception at the entrance to Roda resort and then shown round the apartment.

Q. What do I do if I have a problem with the accommodation ?
You will be given both our telephone numbers to solve any issues that may arise with the apartment.
We live just 40 minutes drive away so will come to Roda to resolve anything that we can't handle over the phone.

Q. What are the facilities for the disabled ?
Roda´s public areas are designed to be disabled friendly - please contact us about your specific needs.

Our apartment is not specially adapted for disabled use, but there is:
• Wheelchair/scooter access from the carpark and main entrance via the lift to the 1st floor
• A walk in shower with easy access for the less nimble
• Smooth, flat floors throughout - providing good access to the balcony
Note: Whilst the external door will allow access for wheelchairs or mobility scooters,
           the internal doors are only standard width

Q. How far from the airport is the resort ?
Murcia - San Javier
About 8 kilometres if you use the motorway, 6 kilometres if you use the local roads - max. 10 minutes.
Murcia International - Corvera
About 40 kilometres - approx 40 minutes drive.
About a 1 hour easy drive, straight down the motorway.

Q. Do I need to hire a car ?
YES !!!
This apartment is on Phase 3 of the development, so Car Hire is essential.
It will make life easier and allow you to get out and about to see the beautiful countryside of Murcia,
visit some magnificent beaches and play those other courses.

Q. Where do I park my car ?
Parking is easy! We have a reserved space in the secure, underground car park.
Something not many other owners allow.

Q. What sporting facilities are available on the resort ?
As well as the golf course and swimming pool straight outside the apartment
there is a petanc pitch (boules court) on the resort.

There is also a gym on site where you can take classes or use the equipment.
Pay by the day, week or month directly to the owners of the gym.

Q. What is there to do in the local area ?
Our property has a comprehensive information folder, and we can provide more in-depth info if needed.

In summary, most water sports are available in nearby Los Alcázares, including :-
• diving, fishing trips, sailing (yacht & dinghy) and kite-surfing - all available on the Mar Menor.

Go karting, crazy golf and all sorts of fun activities are also available in Los Alcázares.
Horse riding is available about 10 miutes drive away and the area is ideal for cycling.

Q. We are travelling with a baby. What facilities are available ?
Unfortunately, it isn't legal in Spain for private owners to provide such things as a high chair or cots.
However, if you need to hire any kiddy items including buggies these are available to hire and are paid for locally.

Q. Is the cost of air conditioning included ?
Your first 100kWh per week is included – so approximately 5-6 hours usage per day.
Extra usage is charged at 25 cents (20p) per kWh and will be deducted from your Security Bond.
Sadly, we have had to introduce this charge due to the abuse of the air conditioning by previous clients.
