Property Managers : Mike & Bev Pomfret

Mike

Mike was a Marketing Manager for probably the best known scientific glassware brand in the world.

Bev worked for over 30 years in the Financial Sector managing major IT Projects.

Married for over 40 years, we sailed the Irish Sea and the Mediterranean in our yacht for 14 years but now only sail occasionally as more sedate pursuits beckon.

Originally from Manchester, we still own a house in Cheshire, but now live in Spain.

We live on the Southern Costa Blanca near a small Spanish town called Almoradí, about 30 minutes drive from the apartment.
Our house is in a small Spanish village – and it’s old!
So we are constantly working on lots of “reformas” to make it into a place where we can relax and enjoy ourselves when we finally retire fully.

Whilst Piso Feliz is owned by two good friends, we manage the day-to-day operation in Spain and are your first port of call for anything you might want to know. We’ll answer any questions during the booking process, meet you on arrival, and are available throughout your stay if you have any problems.

Bobby loves his golf though – that’s why they bought the apartment – and he reckons it’s one of the best courses he’s played in Southern Spain.

We met the owners when they rented our apartment – Piso Pomsol – whilst they were finalising their own purchase.
We are NOT golfers but bought our apartment for the luxury and location so are living proof that you don’t have to play golf to enjoy Roda.

We have become firm friends and were delighted when they asked us to manage their apartment for them.

We hope you will come and stay in the apartment and experience the luxury that is Roda Golf

and

that you enjoy it as much as we do
