FANTASTIC WINTER and SPRING DEALS (October to May)
  • € 650 pm (≈€ 160 pw) . . . 6-9 MONTHS (plus Wi-Fi and all bills)
  • We can also quote you for stays of 3-5 months. Just send us an enquiry.
The prices quoted above are for up to 6 people and include:
  • Free Unlimited Wi-Fi (Fast Fibre Optic 300 Mbs)
  • All towels (bathroom, kitchen and pool towels are all included)
  • Cleaning prior to arrival
  • Meet and Greet Service
    • We will meet you at the entrance of the Roda Golf Resort
    • You will then be taken to the apartment and the keys will be handed over personally
    • We will show you around the apartment and explain how to operate various items
    • Leave contact numbers in case of emergency during your stay at Roda.
  • Shopping Service (available for late arrivals only)
    • If you Book Direct there is a Welcome Pack & essentials in the apartment (see Facilities for details)
    • We can also supply a number of optional starter packs, removing the hassle of rushing out to do battle with the supermarket
    • Great for late night arrivals
    • There is no service charge for this, although payment for items purchased is due on arrival in Euros
  • Air conditioning
    • We include a complimentary 15 kWh per day.
    • This allows approximately 5-6 hours per day usage.
    • Consumption over this will be charged at 40 cents per kWh and should be paid before departure.

Supplements:

Optional Extras: Prices per week – Payable on arrival in Euros
  • Baby Items – Cot, High Chair etc.
    • There are a number of local hire companies that can supply Various Baby Items – for a small, additional fee.
    • Please ask us about this service and we can put you in contact with the hire companies.
  • Laundry
    • 1 set of linen and towels is provided for stays over 7 nights.
    • Additional linen can be supplied at a cost of €55
Arrivals/Departures:
  • Check-in between 17:00 and 22:00
  • Check-out by 12:00
  • Late check-in between 22:00/24:00 available – at an additional cost of €30.
  • We will try to accommodate arrivals/departures outside these times where our schedule permits. But this must be agreed prior to booking. Early check-in or late check-out (if available) – charged at 50% of the daily rate per exception (minimum €30).
  • FOR DIRECT BOOKINGS early check-in (from 15:00) and late check-out (up to 14:00) is offered free of charge if our schedule permits.

  • A deposit of 25% of the rental costs is required to secure your booking
  • 25% of the rental cost due 4 months before your holiday
  • 50% Balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival
  • €250 refundable security bond is also required – payable with your balance
  • The security bond will be reimbursed a maximum of 15 days after the end of your stay, subject to inspection
Method of Payment:
  • Our primary method of payment is by Bank Transfer in Euro to our Bank Account with Wise.
  • In addition, we can accept Sterling transfers using Wise which will calculate the foreign exchange rate for you
Please Note:
  • Minimum stay is 4 nights except from June to September, when it is 1 week
  • For stays of more than 7 days, extra days will be charged pro-rata
  • For stays which fall into 2 different tariff ranges the price will be adjusted
