Our apartment is not what you would expect for a holiday let.

It is furnished as our holiday home with all the little extras that you wouldn’t normally find in a holiday apartment.

Pool & Gardens

  • The apartment overlooks the the first green and olive groves - the pool and gardens are just a 1 minute walk from the entrance
  • The 15m pool is large enough for a workout, or just relax and play with the kids
  • There is sun & shade in the gardens all day so you choose whether to get a tan or take care of your freckles
  • We provide 2 garden chairs, 2 sun loungers for use round the pool

  • Information on the Costa Calida and the Mar Menor
  • Beach guide
  • Maps of the area
  • Guide to local bars and restaurants - including recommendations and warnings from previous clients
  • Contacts in case of emergencies (doctors etc)
  • Instruction manuals for all appliances
  • There's even some basic Spanish vocabulary

Parking

  • Secure, underground parking with lift direct to apartment
  • Additional parking for second car outside apartment

Heating/Cooling

  • Full gas fired central heating
  • Air Conditioning to all main rooms - with warm air option

  • Roda Golf is a secure, barrier controlled resort with 24hr surveillance and security patrols
  • For added security in the apartment you also have:

Resort Facilities

  • All the facilities you would expecton a great resort
  • Onsite, there are pools everywhere with fantastic gardens around them and there are plenty of playgrounds to keep the kids happy
  • The Club house and golf course are here on site
  • The Club house has both indoor and outdoor bar areas and restaurants with live entertainment during the Summer months
  • Petanc (boules) pitch
  • Gym onsite - pay by the day or week to use the facilities

Diasabled Access

  • The whole resort is wheelchair friendly with ramps to all entrance doors and lifts - including the club house.
  • Whilst the apartment is not adapted for disabled use, there is:
  • Wheelchair access from the carpark and main entrance via the lift to the 1st floor
  • A walk in shower with access for the less nimble
  • Smooth, flat floors throughout - providing good access to the balcony
  • Note: Whilst the external door will allow access for wheelchairs or mobility scooters, the internal doors are only standard width

Welcome & Starter Packs

Unlike most self catering holidays we ensure you get off to the very best start . . .

No scurrying off to the supermarket on arrival, or calling for a taxi to get the very basics.
For Direct Bookings there is a complimentary welcome pack with wine & beer for a drink on arrival plus the basics for a continental breakfast so you can have a leisurely start the following morning. There are also lots of little extras that are in the apartment as standard.

If required, we also provide a number of additional starter packs that you can choose from, great for late night arrivals.
There is no service charge for this, although payment for items purchased is due on arrival in Euros.
