Accommodation
We can accept a MAXIMUM of 6 guests – including infants. As limited by our letting license VV-MU-1561
In addition, only guests listed on the booking form can stay in the property without the Owners written consent.
You can contact us by phone or e-mail – we will usually get back to you within 24 hrs to confirm your dates.
Alternatively you can use our booking app and the apartment will be reserved for you immediately.
Just Click on the CHECK AVAILABILITY button at the top of the page.
The lead guest needs to be 25 years or older on the day of arrival.
Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed unless accompanied by their parent/guardian.
We are unable to accept stag and hen parties
For the convenience of all our guests, we cannot accepts pets.
The interior of the apartment is no-smoking
– smoking is only permitted on the balcony with all doors and windows closed.
Should it be found that this clause has been breached, the security bond will not be returned at the end of the rental period and will be used to pay for a deep clean on the apartment.
The keys will be given to you personally by Mike and Bev on arrival.
You will be met outside Reception at the entrance to Roda resort and then shown round the apartment.
• Standard Check-in time is from 17:00 – 22:00.
• Late Arrival up to 24:00 (midnight) may be possible – but is subject to an additional charge.
• Departure is by 12:00 (midday).
We pride ourselves on making sure the apartment is spotlessly clean for your stay.
The period between 12:00 and 17:00 is to allow our cleaners enough time to get the apartment ready for you after our previous guests have departed and are heading home.
Please Note: Guests who have Booked Direct with us can request early check-in and late check-out for free
We may be able to offer an early check-in or late check-out service.
• If you have a late night flight going home and wish to stay in the apartment after 12:00 it may possible to reserve the apartment for the whole day.
• Equally, if your flight arrives before 17:00 and wish to arrive early this may be possible.
However, this is obviously dependant upon other guests arrival/departure times.
To reserve the apartment for early check-in or late checkout, there will be a charge of approximately 50% of the standard daily rate.
Please discuss with us before booking.
If early check-in is not available then it is possible to leave your luggage in our store room and then head off to explore the beach and Los Alcázares.
You will be given both our home and mobile telephone numbers so that you can contact us to solve any issues that may arise with the apartment.
We live just 40 minutes drive away so will come to Roda to resolve anything that we can’t handle over the phone.
We do NOT allow pets of any kind in the apartment so if you are allergic to animals you should be ok – but we cannot guarantee it. We have cats at home and it is almost certain we will transfer cat hair from our clothes even though the cats have never been anywhere near the apartment!
Some of our pillows contain feathers. Please let us know in advance if you need synthetic ones.
Costs
Our preferred method of payment is by Bank Transfer to our Wise account in €.
You can also pay in £ to our Wise account and we will do the foreign exchange for you.
A booking fee of 25% of the rental cost is required – and that’s it, you’re booked.
A further 25% is due 4 months before your holiday.
The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
If you book less than ten weeks prior to your arrival date you will be required to pay the full balance.
Sadly, due to guests making fraudulent chargebacks on credit card payments, we are no longer accepting credit cards.
Absolutely – if you want to talk to previous clients we will happily let you have some references.
If you want to be doubly sure, for convenience, you can pay using your credit or debit card via PayPal.
Our prices are for up to 6 people and include:
• Welcome Pack on arrival (see FACILITIES for details)
• All towels (bathroom,kitchen and beach towels are all included)

Yes, one set of linen and towels (including beach towels) is provided per week for each bed.
Additional linen and towels are available at an additional cost if required.
Your first 15kWh per day is included – so approximately 5-6 hours usage per day.
Extra usage is charged at 40 cents per kWh and will be deducted from your Security Bond.
Sadly, we had to introduce this charge due to the abuse of the air conditioning by previous guests.

We do not expect guests to do a full clean – this is what the cleaning charge is for and covers cleaning and laundry of bedding and towels.
However, we ask guests to leave the property in the same condition as when you found it.
Bins should be emptied and all rubbish taken to the recycling points.
All dishes washed and put away – or be in the dishwasher on a cleaning cycle.
Furniture should be in the same position as when you arrived.
Any excessive cleaning required will be charged at €15 per hour.
Travel
Murcia International – Corvera
– About 40 kilometres – approx 40 minutes drive.
Alicante
– About a 1 hour easy drive, straight down the motorway.
You can either hire a car, get a taxi transfer, or take the bus.
However, the bus services from both Alicante and Murcia Airports are very limited.
There are taxi stands at both airports – costs approximately €45 from Murcia and €120 from Alicante. You can also pre-book your taxi with a local firm – contact us for more information.
HOWEVER we advise that a hire car is required at Piso Feliz.

Our apartment is on Phase 3 of the resort and is a 2.5 km walk just to get to the main entrance, and an additional 2 km to get to the shops.
It will make life easier and allow you to get out and about to see the beautiful countryside of Murcia,
visit some magnificent beaches and play those other courses.
Parking is easy! We have ONE FREE reserved space in the secure, underground car park.
Something not many other owners allow.
Additional cars can be parked in free parking spaces outside the apartment.
There are no facilities on Roda Golf to charge electric cars, and for safety and insurance purposes, no charging of electric cars is allowed on the property, the road or in the underground garage.
The nearest electric car charging stations are in Los Alcázares. Aldi has a charging point which can be used free for 1 hour. The town hall has free charging points at 2 locations which can be used free for 3 hours.

Apartment Facilities
Yes – Free Unlimited Wi-Fi for stays of 1 week or more when Booked Direct with us.
This is provided by a 3rd party using a 300Mb Fibre Optic connection.
We cannot offer a guarantee that it will be operational 24*7
There is a washing machine in the kitchen – plus there is a clothes dryer, ironing board and iron.
You will find some washing tablets and softener in the kitchen – enough for a couple of washes.
We provide enough for at least a couple of days to give you time to go out to the supermarket.
There will be 2 toilet rolls in each bathroom, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, kitchen cleaner, and washing up sponge.
There is also liquid hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each bathroom.
There is a complimentary welcome pack with wine & beer for a drink on arrival plus the basics for a continental breakfast so you can have a leisurely start on your first morning.

Our apartment is not specially adapted for disabled use, but there is:
• Wheelchair/scooter access from the carpark and main entrance via the lift to the 1st floor
• A walk in shower with easy access for the less nimble
• Smooth, flat floors throughout – providing good access to the balcony
Note: Whilst the external door will allow access for wheelchairs or mobility scooters, the internal doors are only standard width
Roda´s public areas are designed to be disabled friendly – please contact us about your specific needs.
There is a pool in Phased 1 that is accessible with wheelchair and has hoist facilities.
Unfortunately, it isn’t legal in Spain for private owners to provide such things as a high chair or cots.
However, if you need to hire any kiddy items including buggies these are available to hire and are paid for locally.

Local Facilities
As well as the golf course and swimming pool straight outside the apartment
there is a petanc pitch (boules court) on the resort.
There is also a gym on site where you can take classes or use the equipment.
Pay by the day, week or month directly to the owners of the gym.
There is also the fabulous Club House with full restaurant facilities as well as tapas, snacks and sushi !

Yes, you can rent a bicycle at the main resort reception.
There are also rental shops in Los Alcázares
There is a small supermarket and several bars/restaurants in Roda Village – an easy 5 minute drive.
The main supermarkets are located in Los Alcázares – which is 5 km walk – or 10 minutes in the car.
There are literally dozens of restaurants to be found in and around the “525 Plaza” and all over the older part of Los Alcázares.
The local supermarkets close at 9pm most evenings and are open Monday – Saturday.
However, there are 1 or 2 that do open on Sunday with restricted hours.
Carrefour at Dos Mares – about 10-15 minutes drive – is open 7 days a week until 10pm.
There is a basic complimentary welcome pack provided but if you would like to order one of our additional food packs we can arrange this at an additional cost.
